Glenn Hancock, Chief Technology Officer, President

   Glenn began his professional career in 1988 performing computer programming and gaining business experience with various corporations, including Snapper Power Equipment where he was the Systems Administrator for the Engineering and Technical Publications Departments. His thorough knowledge of programming and his experience in all phases of development (from needs analysis and design to deployment and technical support) has allowed him to develop software products which are on the cutting edge of technology while maintaining customer driven interfaces. Glenn has development experience in Delphi, C++, Java Script, PHP and HTML. His strengths include advanced experience in component design and coding, extensive knowledge of relational database design and implementation, thorough knowledge in the area of data security and encryption and outstanding problem solving skills.

James Thompson, Chief Executive Officer

    Since the mid 1980's, Jim has been involved in corporate development. He started his first of multiple businesses while attaining a BA in Business Administration from Youngstown State University. He has extensive experience in the planning and execution of business development, taking ideas and forming them into successful businesses. In addition, he has been hired as a consultant and lecturer to the outdoor power equipment industry and is well respected among many major manufacturers. Jim's experience at the helm of two privately held corporations as well as having personally owned a dealership contribute to his ability to lead SSI toward its goals.

Peter G. Rassega, Vice President of Operations

    Pete comes to SofTek Software, Intl with more than 20 years of professional experience. He is a 1986 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Having held positions in Executive Sales, Sales Management and Senior Management, Pete comes to SofTek Software, Intl with a long history of successful leadership in helping small and large size companies grow and achieve their business goals. His contagious enthusiasm, passion for sales, service and professional customer care combined with his positive attitude position him as a strong catalyst for helping SSI continue to grow and to reach long term company goals and objectives.

Mary C. Augustine, Secretary and Treasurer

   In 1990 Mary became a Certified Public Accountant and has experience in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLC, Packer Thomas & Co., and Schroedel, Scullin & Bestic, LLC. She has extensive experience in taxation as well as small business development. She has management experience in all accounting areas, from day-to-day office and human resources management to financial statement preparation, as well as planning in the areas of accounting and taxation. Mary has a BS in Business Administration from Youngstown State University and an MBA from the University of Akron.
